If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. GulfStream Candle Co.  does not sell products for children. Children are not eligible to use GulfStream Candles’ services, and we ask that minors not submit any personal information to us. GulfStream Candles and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

GulfStream Candles and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, GulfStream Candles does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Please review our Shipping and Return for our practices.

Unless otherwise stated, GulfStream  Candles and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on this website without full written consent from its owners.

For best results in burning your candle, keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch, allowing the wax pool to extend to the outside rim before extinguishing the flame. Wax has a “memory” so at subsequent burnings; the candle will melt out to the edge and burn evenly.  For safety and to protect other surfaces, stop burning when there is one inch of wax remaining, or when the top of the metal wick tab is visible. Always place on a heat and stain-resistant surface. If glass becomes chipped or broken, do not continue to burn. Never leave a burning candle unattended. The seller and/or manufacturer are not responsible for misuse.

Customer agrees that it will not hold GulfStream Candles accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are best estimates and in no case shall GulfStream Candles be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.

GulfStream Candles is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for the state, counties and cities of Florida.

By visiting GulfStream Candles, you agree that the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and GulfStream Candles or its affiliates.
